Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are personal-use assistive items, we accept returns only for unopened, unused products in original packaging.

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@grwmtool.us within 48 hours of delivery and include a photo. 

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for entering their correct shipping address.
We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address

  • Delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues

  • Lost or stolen packages once marked “delivered” by the carrier

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipment.
